Stock Photography in Portland

I enjoy shooting stock photography most of all because it gives me the chance to meet and interact with so many different people in and around Portland.  Its also a nice challenge to put together concepts, locate models, coordinate wardrobe, props, locations, and makeup artists, to finally bring it all to fruition at the shoot.  My favorite recent props have been chihuahuas and convertibles.  Here are a few images from this past week of shooting.  Also, feel free to check out this quick slide show of some images from my shoot with Mandy

This shot Jacqi took of me while we were doing a few Christmas themed stock photos in front of the tree.  Its true, I love Christmas (presents).

I am consistently producing a variety of stock images - if you are interested in Modeling feel free to get in touch.

Mr. Freeman’s Surprise Party

Last week I had the opportunity to shoot a small surprise party for none other than my Junior High Jazz Band instructor: Mr. Freeman. A few weeks back I received a call from his daughter (who was about 9 or 10 when I last saw her and is now in college) about a surprise party and I was surprised myself. I haven’t really been in contact with the old Marysville Junior High Thunderbirds crowd, but I have a lot of fond memories of Junior High and playing bass in Jazz Band. Mr. Freeman was probably one of two teachers that really influenced my life in a positive way so it was an honor providing some photography. And yes, he was very surprised.
