This week I had the privilege of attending another class at the Ciao Thyme Kitchen. This class was aptly titled Misunderstood Vegetables and it was taught by Molly and Brandon from Orangette. It was a really great evening with some simple yet amazingly delicious prepared vegetables like the infamous brussels sprout and highly underappreciated Cauliflower. I was happy to bring along my camera and capture some of the moments and details of the class. I believe they are teaching another class on the incredible edible egg and if that class isn’t full yet, you just may find me in a seat.

Here is another late 2007 wedding. Britt and Mike were married at the Bellingham Country Club were Boone and I enjoyed spending time with them and their family. I must add that our good friend Steve Moore designed the place and the 24 hour makeover was impressive to say the least. Ashley created the cake which was gorgeous and tasted as good as it looked.

Back in November Boone and I enjoyed being a part of an intimate wedding out on Lummi Island at The Willows Inn. It was an all day event and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves photographing and taking in the beautiful northwest celebration. The people were amazing and the day just seemed to be perfect. It’s events like this that remind me of how much I enjoy what I do and how fortunate I am to be doing what I love.
