This week I had the privilege of attending another class at the Ciao Thyme Kitchen. This class was aptly titled Misunderstood Vegetables and it was taught by Molly and Brandon from Orangette. It was a really great evening with some simple yet amazingly delicious prepared vegetables like the infamous brussels sprout and highly underappreciated Cauliflower. I was happy to bring along my camera and capture some of the moments and details of the class. I believe they are teaching another class on the incredible edible egg and if that class isn’t full yet, you just may find me in a seat.
