I enjoyed working with this group of Lawyers and having shot them before, we were all a bit more comfortable with each other. The lighting is a little more sloppy than I’d like, but we pulled this idea off at the end of the shoot as the group was ready to leave. They were so great in letting me try one more idea, I quickly guesstimated the settings and fired off a handful. I think the client will end up liking these the best (and using them for the pubs). Not everyday you get to say ‘I just shot 8 attorneys.’

We’ve actually had a great response to our recent images and some requests for personal usage lead us to finally put together a few desktop downloads for y’all. I hope these will be the first of many over time and if there is a size we’re leaving out, don’t be shy.

On the beaches of San Diego for the week.

I’m out shooting with some new friends in San Diego for the week. I was just there earlier last month with the family and had a great time on the beach just relaxing. I didn’t post any photos so here are a few favorites and I’ll include a slideshow of the first part of the trip. (San Diego Beach Slideshow) These images were from our first day on the beach.

I was up in Bellevue again this weekend photographing a wedding at Newcastle Golf Club with a friend.  Here are just a couple quick images that I thought were fun.  I have so many more to post - I’ll write more later this week! 

By the way, Newcastle is as beautiful as you have probably already heard.  Most likely it is even more beautiful - if you haven’t already you must go check it out.  Gabe and I will be shooting there some more this year so I’m looking forward to spending more time photographing weddings that have a view of Lake Washington, Puget Sound, the cityscapes of both Seattle and Bellevue, the greens of the golf course as well as the rest of the beautiful valley below.
