I don’t post too much of my commercial work over here.  I’m excited to share this though - the December 2012 cover for LA Magazine.  I shot it up at Government Camp on Mt. Hood with an awesome little crew and a cabin.  We had a dog in the shoot too, but he didn’t make the final edit.

We are honored to be featured on Junebug Wedding’s Photoblog again this week.  This images was from a beautiful wedding out at Roche Harbor on San Juan Island.  We shot this frame during their first look on the balcony of a room at the resort.

A few months ago I (Boone) shot some commercial lifestyle work (published at Portland Monthly) at a new venue in Portland called Union/Pine.  The space is an amazing urban spot for a wedding, or location for a meeting or shoot.  Seeing as our Portland Studio is in the East Bank Lofts Building, it’s exciting to see Portland’s Inner-Eastside sprout up into a creative hub, with a monthly art walk every First Friday.

Tomorrow I’ll be a part of a First Friday group show called Double Exposure at Union/Pine.  The line up of photographers for this show is stellar, and I’m happy to be a part of it.

These blog images were inspired by the work created for the show, using images from Sam & Jess’ wedding at Hidden Meadows in Snohomish, Washington.  I’m excited to show off what I created for the show - it’s totally different than my usual style.
